Exchange Policy

All products purchased from fashionzo.com can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to service@fashionzo.com and calling at +1.3123920862. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at service@fashionzo.com and Whatsapp us at +1.3123920862, to proceed with exchange or return process.

Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item is received by Fashionzo. Claims on all international orders will be dealt on a case-to-case basis.

Products/items purchased online can only be exchanged through online, if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 7 days. Fashionzo has the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.

There are some cases where AKS - Fashionzo will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Sale items
  • Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)
  • Product is damaged because of use
  • Product has been tampered
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories

Fashionzo does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.

In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.
